Our shipping rate varies according to the location and the weight of the item. Postage costs start from $10 throughout Australia. Your final cost will be calculated from your cart upon checkout.
Local customers are welcome to 'Click & Collect' with free in-store pickups from our Fitzroy shop; please ensure you select the correct delivery method to suit you during checkout.
When you place your order with us, we will have it packed, wrapped and dispatched within 24 hours on any regular business day. Typical deliveries may take 2 – 5 working days to arrive depending on your location.
Local deliveries to Metro Melbourne are the quickest and may arrive within 1-3 days.
If you live outside of any of the major capital cities or in regional locations, expect an additional day or two for deliveries. If your order is being delivered to a remote location, it may take even longer than 5 working days to get this delivered to you.
If you're not sure your order will arrive in time for a Birthday or special occasion, please get in touch and we can confirm the fastest delivery method available to your location. For some items additional Express options may be available.
PLEASE NOTE: In our busy seasons, particularly at Christmas and Easter, all aspects of trade are affected by delays and Public Holiday closures. Many package deliveries are impacted by congestion of mail in the network so please understand that there may be some delay added to the processing of online orders at these times.

Who services your Deliveries?
After packing your order, we select from a range of local Courier services or Australia Post to ensure the most efficient service available based on the size of your order and the recipient's location.
Please leave us a message in the Order Notes if you have special delivery requirements or access codes to your home parcel box/concierge desk.
Deliveries to PO Boxes can only be completed via Australia Post.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for delivery, which will include your unique tracking number and a link to find delivery updates.
Please ensure you enter all details upon checkout including email and a phone number so the Fairies and our local couriers may contact you about delivering your order.
I'm not from Australia but I want to send someone a gift, can you help me?
Yes, absolutely! We have lots of customers from around the world who choose us as their best local toy shop in Melbourne to avoid the long delays and high costs that come with posting gifts internationally.
Add your favourite items to your online cart - from the Shopping Cart page, you can also choose to add Gift Wrapping and/or a Gift Note, along with any special delivery instructions we need to know.
When you're ready to check out through our website, simply enter the recipient's details in the Shipping Address field if you require delivery.
You can then add your own details under the Billing Address when proceeding to payment so we can let them know who the package is from - we will not include any invoice or payment details in the package.
PLEASE NOTE! It is essential to include the recipient's phone number in the checkout details to ensure we can complete delivery.
You are also welcome to select the "Pick Up" option if your recipient lives nearby and would prefer to collect their gift from our shop in Fitzroy.
This is often ideal for last minute gifts or urgent events that fall on a weekend when delivery services have paused - if you place an order when our store is open, we will have it ready for pickup within 2 hours.
