Can I see your range in store?
Absolutely! Jasper Junior has a fabulous Melbourne location regularly open 7 days, easily accessible by the 96 or 11 Tram lines.
Our website is only a small selection of our full range of products available in store; we are sure to have something perfect for every Little or Big Kid in your world!

I've seen something online that I like, but are your items actually in stock?
If you can add it to your online cart, then yes! That item is physically available in our Fitzroy store unless it is marked as "Sold Out".
We are not a drop shipping business and are proud to only source items that we have seen and tested to be worthy of making it to Santa's list!
Our inventory can change very quickly, especially during busy periods. So if you need a certain item for a special occasion or upcoming event, we always recommend to "get it when you see it"!
With our toys coming from all around the world, some items may only be restocked a few times a year or take many weeks to arrive from overseas.
If you missed out and your favourite pieces are showing as Sold Out, we may be able to order them for you or offer a timeframe for our next delivery. Simply get in touch with The Fairies for more information or request to be added to our in store Customer Order list for priority notifications.
Are you open over Christmas?
Jasper Junior is here to help! We are usually open everyday right up until Christmas Eve; if you can't find them on our social media pages, be sure to contact us to confirm any extended trading schedules during the Christmas season.
What about Public Holidays?
Please call to confirm or check our confirmed trading hours on Google or via Social Media. Depending on the season, we may close the shop on Public Holidays or trade for reduced hours, but you can still continue to shop online and have your order ready for delivery or pickup on the next business day!
Please note that our online orders, local couriers and instore pickup collections may be impacted during any temporary closure dates or holidays; we apologise for any inconvenience.
Contact us if you require assistance on a day when our shop is closed and we will do our best to get back to you as soon as we can!
How much does shipping/delivery usually cost?
For our Melbourne metro customers, any orders under 3kg will incur a flat delivery fee of $10. If you have ordered a heavy item over 3kgs, the flat rate delivery fee does not apply and you will be advised of the delivery fee at the time of purchase.
If you live outside of metro Melbourne the shipping cost will be calculated based on the location of the delivery, and the weight of your order. Add your items to the cart and 'check out' to obtain a quote.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of ordering, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery times will vary depending on your location, but typically between 2-3 working days for Victorian customers.

My order is a gift, do you offer gift wrapping?
We sure do, you just need to select the Gift Wrapping option at the ordering process. If you have any special requests (such as separate gifts in different colours, etc) please leave us a Note when completing your order.
Can I add a message to the recipient with my purchase?
Yes we have the options of adding a Gift Tag to your order, with a hand written message that you provide to us at the time of purchase.
How much will it cost to gift wrap my order?
Gift wrapping incurs a small fee of $4.95. Unfortunately we can only gift wrap large items (such as Speedsters or Castles) with orders for Pick Up in store.
Do you offer a lay-by service?
No, at this stage we do not offer a lay-by service for our online store.
We do offer lay-by for items over $100 when you visit us in store; these lay-bys must be completed within 12 months. Ask in store for more details.
Can I pick up my online order from your shop?
Yes! We currently have the option to Pick Up from our Fitzroy store. If you place an order when we're open we will be notified of it straight away, please allow 2 hours for our Fairies to get your order ready for you.
If you place an order outside of business hours, we will get to your order as soon as we're back in store the next morning. You will be notified by email/SMS when your order is ready to collect.
For urgent collections, please speak to a Fairy on (03) 9416 4139 before coming to visit us so we can prioritise your order.
Do you accept phone orders?
We can accept phone orders during business hours from our Fitzroy Store (03) 9417 4139. We will ship it out to you, and depending on where you live, quote a delivery fee over the phone when you order.
Do you ship to overseas?
Yes we can ship overseas, though our website is not currently able to generate international postage rates. Please email us or contact the Fairies at our Fitzroy Store on +61 3 9417 4139 to discuss options and costs.
What payments methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard & AMEX. PayPal payments are are also accepted online only.
Sorry we do not accept Diners or Afterpay at this point in time.
How will I know that you’ve received my online order?
After you place your order, a Fairy will send you a confirmation email to let you know we have received your order.
Before we can ship your order, we need to verify your payment has gone through and also confirm your delivery details are correct. Once this verification has been completed, you’ll receive another email telling you that your order has left us and is on its way with a tracking number, OR is available for collection in store if you have selected Pick Up.
Please ensure you enter all details upon checkout including email and phone number so the Fairies and local couriers may contact you about your order.
My order has arrived and it’s damaged. What should I do?
Email us at fairies@jasperjunior.com if your order was damaged in transit. We do everything we can to wrap and pack your order to ensure it arrives to you in the same state as when it left us, but sometimes things can happen along the way. You need to let us know within 3 business days of receiving your order that it arrived in a damaged state. We can then organise the return of the product and a refund or replacement.
Please attach photos of the damaged item and any helpful details in the email.
Are there any changes in store due to COVID-19?
We are happy to be back to our regular trading schedule!!
For any possible trade restrictions in the future - like all Victorian businesses we may be required to follow Government mandates including temporary closure and reduced trade hours.
In this instance we will continue to offer Contactless Click & Collect for all online and phone orders during regular trading hours, or during temporary hours during a lockdown (typically 11am - 4pm).
