How much does shipping/delivery usually cost?
For our Melbourne metro customers, any orders under 3kg will incur a flat delivery fee of $8.95. If you have ordered a heavy item over 3kgs, the flat rate delivery fee does not apply, and you will be advised of the delivery fee at the time of purchase.
If you live outside of metro Melbourne the shipping cost will be calculated based on the location of the delivery, and the weight of your order.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Your order will be despatched within 24 hours of ordering, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery will vary depending on your location, but typically between 2-3 working days for Melbourne metro customers. Please refer to our delivery schedule under shipping and delivery for further details.
My order is a gift, do you offer gift wrapping?
We sure do, you just need to select the Gift Wrapping option at the ordering process.
Can I choose a gift card with my purchase?
Yes we have the options of adding a Gift Tag to your order, with a hand written message that you provide to us at the time of purchase.
How much will it cost to gift wrap my order?
Gift wrapping incurs a small fee of $4.95. Unfortunately we can’t gift wrap large items such as speedsters or castles.
Do you offer a lay-by Service?
No, at this stage we do not offer a lay-by service for our online store.
Can I pick up my order from one of your shops?
We currently have the option to pick up from our Fitzroy store, please allow 1-2 business days for our fairies to make sure that your order is ready for you or speak to a fairy on (03) 9416 4139 before coming to visit us.
We do have another shop in the city at the Royal Arcade that you can visit to find your perfect gift.
Pickup from the website however is currently only available at our shop at 269 Brunswick St, Fitzroy.
Do you accept phone orders?
We can accept phone orders from our Fitzroy Store (03) 9417 4139. We will ship it out to you, and depending on where you live, quote a delivery fee over the phone when you order.
Do you ship to overseas?
Yes, we can ship to overseas. Please contact the Fairies at our Fitzroy Store on (03) 9417 4139 to discuss options and costs.
What payments methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard & AMEX. Sorry we do not accept Diners at this point in time.
How will I know that you’ve received my order?
After you place your order, the warehouse Fairy will send you a confirmation email to let you know we have received your order. Before we can ship your order, we need to verify your payment has gone through and also confirm your delivery address. Once this verification has been completed, you’ll receive another email telling you that your order has left us, and is on its way to you.
My order has arrived, and it’s damaged. What should I do?
Email us at email@example.com if your order was damaged in transit. We do everything we can to wrap and pack your order to ensure it arrives to you in the same state as when it left us, but sometimes things can happen. You need to let us know within 3 business days of receiving your order that it arrived in a damaged state. We can then organise the return of the product and refund. Where possible please attach photos of the damaged item in the email.
I’m having trouble, and really need to speak to a real fairy. Who can I call?
