If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase from Jasper Junior, you can contact the fairies at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will exchange any full priced product, provided it is in its original packaging which is undamaged, and in original condition. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning this item to the warehouse.
We ask that you email within 14 days of purchasing the item, for us to complete an exchange for you. We also require proof of purchase which is the receipt you received through the website purchase process.
Jasper Junior does not refund or exchange sale or discounted Items.
If you receive your item and believe it’s faulty, or damaged, please contact the Jasper Junior Fitzroy store on (03) 9417 4139, or alternatively, please email email@example.com with a description of what is damaged or faulty with the item. Please inform us in writing of this fault within Seven (7) business days of receiving your order, and make sure you have your receipt as proof of purchase.
Once we have received the item back at the warehouse, and it is deemed faulty or damaged, Jasper Junior will refund the full purchase price and the postage cost, please include the postage receipt with the returned item.
CHANGE OF MIND POLICY:
Jasper Junior offers a change of mind refund that is valid for ten (10) days from date of purchase. During this time, if you believe you have bought the wrong item, or simply changed your mind, you can return this item any time within the Seven (7) days by contacting the fairies at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling the Fitzroy store on (03) 9417 4139. We require proof of purchase, which is the receipt you received through the website purchase process. All items need to be sent back to the Melbourne warehouse with original tags, and original packaging in perfect condition. If your returned goods are received in an unsalable condition, your return may not be processed.
Please note that goods purchased on sale, or gift voucher purchases are exempt from the change of mind policy. Only items in original condition can be returned. Only items purchased at full price can qualify for the change of mind policy.
Please note that our Change of Mind policy is only valid for our online store, and does not apply to our two retail stores.
If you are returning an items due to change of mind, please note that the customer is responsible for paying for the shipping costs back to Jasper Junior.
