Returns & Exchange Policy

 
CREDIT OR EXCHANGE (In store & Online):

If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase from Jasper Junior, you can contact the Fairies at fairies@jasperjunior.com or visit us in store to arrange an exchange or store credit. 
We will happily exchange any full priced product, provided it is in original undamaged packaging and in original condition. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning this item to the to us unless the item is deemed faulty (See below).  

We also require proof of purchase in the form of your store receipt, online order number, or a bank statement/payment timestamp so we can manually locate your receipt in store. 

Jasper Junior does not offer credit or exchange on sale or discounted Items.

REFUNDS & FAULTY ITEMS (In Store & Online):

Jasper Junior will honour refunds or replacement on items deemed faulty by their original supplier. 

If you have purchased an item and believe it’s faulty or damaged, please contact the store within Seven [7] days of your purchase. You can call the Fairies on (03) 9417 4139 or email fairies@jasperjunior.com with a description of the issue. 
If you aren't able to visit us in store to demonstrate the fault, please send us clear photos of the concern and make sure you have your receipt/order number as proof of purchase. 

If required, we will work with you to arrange return postage of the item to us. Once we are able to review the item and have it deemed it faulty or damaged, Jasper Junior will refund the full purchase price and any return postage costs - please include the postage receipt with the returned item. 

Items purchased outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund unless a major failure can be identified or a recall notice has been issued. 

If you would prefer a replacement item or to source a missing part, please let us know and we will work with our suppliers to arrange a solution for you. We're always here to help! 


CHANGE OF MIND POLICY (Online Only):

Online shopping can't compare with visiting us in store!
As a courtesy, Jasper Junior offers a change of mind refund that is valid for Ten [10] days from date of purchase for online orders. 

If you believe you have bought the wrong item, or it wasn't what you expected when you received it, contact the Fairies at fairies@jasperjunior.com or call the Fitzroy store on (03) 9417 4139. Items need to be returned to us within Seven [7] days of noticing us of change your mind. 
We require proof of purchase in the form of your order number, or delivery details if this was sent to you as a gift.  All items need to be sent back to our Fitzroy store with original tags, and original packaging in perfect condition.
If your returned goods are received in an unsaleable condition, your return may not be processed. 

Please note that Gift Vouchers and goods purchased on sale/at a discount are exempt from the change of mind policy.
Only items purchased at full price and in original condition purchased through our website can qualify for the change of mind policy. If you're unsure about a sale item, please contact us prior to placing your order. 

If the above conditions are met and you are eligible for a refund, this will be processed through our website to the original payment method. If the item was sent you as gift, we can arrange a alternative replacement, credit, or refund to the original purchaser. 

Please note that our Change of Mind policy is only valid for items delivered from our online store and does not apply to purchases made locally in our retail stores. We hope that having the opportunity to visit us means you get to touch and hold your items, so you know exactly what you're purchasing! 
Items purchased in store that don't meet your expectations or were given as an unsuitable gift may be eligible for a credit or exchange, please review the Credit or Exchange Policy at the top of this page. 

 

SHIPPING COSTS:

If you are returning an item due to change of mind or exchange, please note that the customer is responsible for paying any shipping costs to send this back to Jasper Junior. 

Postage costs will be reimbursed for faulty items only - please send us a copy of your postage receipt.
